3. Larry & Marilyn Lockard are requesting a Rezone of their property 702 S 13^th – Tecumseh, OK from A-1(Rural Agricultural District) to R-1(Single Family Residential District) to allow them to build a new residence. (Carried over from previous meeting due to no quorum)
