1. Roll call and declaration of Quorum

    

2. Approval of the minutes of the last meeting on March 19^st, 2026.

    

3. El Malecón, a Mexican Restaurant, located at 102 S Broadway, is asking for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace existing Sign above Front Door with a Lighted Sign with the company logo 11 ft wide by 2.5 ft tall. Colors scheme will be same as existing company logo.
