NOTE:  The Planning Commission may take such action, as it deems appropriate regarding any and or all matters appearing on this agenda.  In taking such action the Planning Commission may discuss, make motions and or vote upon such matters.  Said votes may be to adopt, reject, table, rescind, or take no action. 

1. Roll call and declaration of Quorum.

    

2. Approval of the minutes of the last meeting on November 20^th, 2025.

    

3. G3 Investment Group is requesting a Rezone of their property 1713 S 13^th – Tecumseh, OK from A-1(Rural Agricultural District) to A-2(Suburban Agricultural District) to allow for a new residence.

    

4. John Wilson with CW & JW Properties is asking for a Certificate of Appropriateness for their property located at 101 N Broadway, to allow for a remodel that will include replacing the framing and doors on lower floor on the south side of the building and resizing one to make them both 3 foot wide and similar in appearance to door on the front of the building facing west.
